Standard Delivery
Our delivery charge for orders up to £60.00 placed before 12.00 noon Monday to Thursday is £5.50 this is a guaranteed next day delivery before 4:00pm. We normally dispatch your orders within 24 hours of receipt but it may take up to 2 days at busy times. Our web dispatch team do not work on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays; this means we do not ship on these days.

Free Delivery
Orders over £60.00 are delivered carriage free via our Standard Delivery Service (see above).

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
The charge for this service is £9.50 including postage on orders under £60. Orders with a value of more than £60 will be charged £4.00 for this service. Orders must be placed before 12.00 noon Monday to Thursday Friday orders received before 12 noon will be processed and posted same day. They are only guaranteed for the following Monday but may arrive on the Saturday.

£10 and under orders.
For orders less than £10.00 we offer a small order delivery service of £2.75. Dispatch is by first class Royal Mail posted recorded delivery. This is not a next day service and can take up to 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Bank Holidays, weekends and other closed days are excluded.

If for any reason you would like to return any order in part or complete, ABC Fancy Dress would be happy to return to you the full amount of the costume cost (excluding shipping cost.) A refund will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase once the goods have been received.

If an item is being returned for an exchange of size then we will happily change it for you with a cost of £2.50 (excluding international deliveries) re-send mail charge.

Returned goods must comply with the following rules:

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Costumes should be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
  • Returns should be made via recorded delivery or special delivery only.
  • Due to personal hygiene Teeth, wigs, facial hair or tights cannot be returned.
  • Please enclose your order number this can be found on your invoice if you do not have this number please enclose your name and address with the return.

If a product that you have ordered is unavailable we will always contact you using the details provided by you. Please make sure that your correct contact details are given when placing your order, always try to put a landline number for urgent contact.

  • Payments can be accepted through PayPal to as abechiestyle . Your order will then be processed same day or next day (see delivery section).
  • Payments can be made via Credit or Debit Card . We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Debit cards. We do not take Switch or Solo.
  • The payment will appear on your statement as received by ABC Shirts Ltd.
  • Payments made by cheque may be sent in the post, made payable to ABC Fancy Dress. Please allow 5 working days from our receipt of your cheque, for your cheque to clear before your order can be sent out. This could take up to 10 working days from placing your order to receiving your goods.
